The Hazardous Materials Team responds to any Hazardous Material incident within the County right-of-way, County easement, or Cities of Citrus Heights and Elk Grove. An incident could include abandoned drums, spills on the roadway, dumping into waterways or drain inlets, hypodermic needles, and traffic control for multi-agency response.
